A technician’s enthusiasm, skill and attitude has resulted in him being rewarded as ‘Employee of the Year’ by Bentley Manchester.
Martin Dean, at Bentley Manchester, has being awarded the ‘Employee of the Year’ award for his superb skill and drive to go above and beyond for the dealership.
Bentley Manchester’s Managing Director, Jon Crossley, said: “What makes Martin stand out is that he shows great commitment to customer service, regularly going above and beyond to ensure urgent jobs are finished.
“He has helped out on more than one occasion when we have had a problem with customers’ cars which, is always appreciated by our clients.” Martin’s commitment helped to enhance the overall dealership CEM rating and his strong work ethic means he has a constant desire to develop his skills and constantly requests more training.
Martin said: “To be recognised for my efforts is fantastic. I take pride in my work and I’m hoping to achieve Master Technician status this year.”
To reward Martin for his on-going efforts, he was treated to a weekend break at a hotel of his choice with the use of a Bentley, to travel in style.
